Top 5 Altcoins to Buy In April 2022, According to Conor Kenny

The market is a bit shaky today. Cryptos have the most risk because we may start coming down from here, but if we flip bullish, this could be life-changing.

There is a list of top 4 altcoins to buy in April 2022 due to their performances, summed up by Coner Kenny, a famous Youtuber focused on the crypto space.

VeChain (VET)

The first altcoin on the list is Vechain (VET). VeChain (VET) is a versatile enterprise-grade L1 smart contract platform. VeChain began in 2015 as a private consortium chain, working with a host of enterprises to explore applications of blockchain. VeChain would begin its transition to public blockchain in 2017 with the ERC-20 token VEN before launching a mainnet of its own in 2018 using the ticker VET.

VeChain has some good opportunities that we see in the market even when the market is so scared lastly. VeChain is trying to do some incredible things, but they have fear, uncertainty, and doubt around them, which has absolutely smashed the price down. But this is also a perfect opportunity for those searching for a position in this potential altcoin.

Cronos (CRO)

The second one mentioned on the list is Cronos (CRO). Cronos (CRO) is the native cryptocurrency token of Cronos Chain — a decentralized, open-source blockchain developed by the payment, trading, and financial services company.

This project has still way more potential. Although it has been down 2.5%, there is a lot of potential at $12 billion market cap. They also have a huge marketing budget and they’re pushing it out to a lot of people, huge partners, and loads of stuff happening on the platform itself.

Dogecoin (DOGE)

The next altcoins are meme coins, including Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB). Dogecoin (DOGE) is based on the popular “Doge” Internet meme and features a Shiba Inu on its logo. The open-source digital currency was created by Billy Markus from Portland, Oregon, and Jackson Palmer from Sydney, Australia, and was forked from Litecoin in December 2013.

Dogecoin is listed here because this project it’s just the community coin. The people’s favorite DOGE and Shiba Inu (SHIB) are the kind of coins that we’ve seen proof in the pudding that they will randomly burst at any moment.

We’ve seen the likes of Dogecoin and Shiba coin pump to the absolute moon in the past. So it would be silly to miss out on these sorts of opportunities.

Axie Infinity (AXS)

The next altcoin on the list is Axie Infinity (AXS). Axie Infinity is a blockchain-based trading and battling game partially owned and operated by its players.

We saw some very bad news coming to Axie Infinity. It was hacked for over $500 million. This was the Ronin Chain that Axie Infinity runs on the Ronin Network. It has been down 7%. So traders should keep an eye on this project. Since there is an opportunity to get this coin at a significant discount.

Kadena (KDA)

The last one mentioned on the list is Kadena (KDA). Kadena is a public blockchain that aims to optimize scalability and features a new smart contract language, dubbed Pact, equipped with formal verification and upgradeable smart contracts. Kadena also uses a new Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus mechanism called Chainweb, which consists of multiple individually mined chains working in parallel to execute network transactions.

This is a layer 1 protocol. They’re trying to make safer smart contracts with no cost, efficient transactions at scale, proven security, and industry scalable. This project is setting out to be better than essentially all of the other cryptos.

This is an Ethereum killer or something like that. But at a billion-dollar market cap, there is still so much room for this project to grow if it can capture some of that market.
