Shibarium Beta Network Amasses Over 14 Million Wallets in Just Four Weeks
The Shiba Inu ecosystem’s layer-2 network solution, Shibarium, is making impressive strides in beta testing. The network’s beta version, Puppynet, has been relaunched with an improved Chain ID and has already amassed over 14 million wallets in just four weeks.
According to Puppyscan, the official block explorer for Puppynet, the Shibarium beta network currently has 14,061,584 wallets, a significant increase from the 3.12 million wallets it had when it came back online on April 13 after a 14-hour outage. The number of wallets on the test network has skyrocketed by 350% in just nine days, highlighting the potential demand for Shibarium’s release.

In addition to the impressive growth in the number of wallets, Puppynet’s performance in other areas has also improved. The network has processed a total of 4,552,506 transactions, averaging 68,782 per day. It has also processed 489,457 blocks, all while maintaining an average block time of just 5 seconds, which is a remarkable feat considering the increased traffic.
The increased number of metrics and performance indicators is indicative of intense testing happening on the Shibarium beta network at present. The team behind Shibarium has been working hard to ensure that the network is thoroughly tested and ready for release.
Moreover, there has been an increased demand for Bone ShibaSwap (BONE), which serves as both a governance token for ShibaSwap and a gas token for Shibarium. OKX, a popular cryptocurrency exchange, has recently listed BONE as one of the meme tokens it may list, giving users five options to choose from.
In conclusion, Shibarium’s beta testing has yielded impressive results, with the network already amassing a substantial number of wallets and processing a high volume of transactions. As Shibarium continues to undergo rigorous testing, the potential for its release is increasingly exciting for those invested in the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
