Ripple Listed as One of the Top Workplaces Most Conducive for Parents
Organizations are honored for their extraordinary efforts to provide a positive and supportive workplace that fosters the progress of parents and caregivers on Great Place To Work’s prestigious yearly list of the “Best Workplaces for Parents.”
Over 568,000 employees who work for Great Place To Work-certified companies provided survey responses, which Great Place To Work used to determine the “Best Workplaces for Parents.” A Fantastic Place To Work survey found that 95% of Ripple employees concur that their firm is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at the typical U.S.-based company.
