One giant crypto whale is moving over $600,000,000 worth of Bitcoin
A massive crypto whale is moving over $600,000,000 in top crypto assets by Bitcoin. Bitcoin is trading for $40,292 at press time, down 2.8% on the day but 1.4% on the week. The top crypto asset by market capitalization is down 4.4% on the month.

According to Whale Alert, the wallet moved 14,712 Bitcoin worth $611,795,643 at the time of the transfer on April 21 for a fee of 0.0000166 BTC, less than $1. After the transfer, the huge amount was transferred to many different addresses before eventually ending up in an unknown wallet with only one transaction record on the blockchain.
Whale Tracker also reported significant Bitcoin movements related to leading US crypto exchange Coinbase and Gibraltar, the week’s Xapo-based digital asset storage provider.
Coinbase sent $330,390,292 worth of BTC in two transactions and received $119,515,471 worth of BTC in two transfers from unknown wallets. Meanwhile, Xapo moved $46,171,989 worth of BTC to an unknown wallet.
The big transfers take place when the Bitcoin price hovers around $40,000. Prominent string analyst Will Clemente told his 617,300 Twitter followers that whales are currently in an accumulation phase.
