TRON Founder Justin Sun placed on China’s border control list
According to the latest Caixin news, since June 2018, the supervisory authority has issued a border control instruction to Sun and others.
A state-sponsored internet safety committee has recommended that Sun be arrested for his alleged involvement with illegal fundraising, money laundering, gambling, and distributing pornography.
Caixin reported that:
“In July 2018, when leaving the country in Asia, Justin Sun found that he was unable to leave the country by border control. But since Sun Yuchen broadcasted himself in San Francisco in the early hours of last night, it means that he is overseas. Caixin reported that combined with all the clues, and Sun left the United States in late November 2018. As for what method he used to leave the country and how to bypass or temporarily lift the border control, it is still a mystery.”
The report also showed that when Sun met with industry insiders in the United States in March this year, he asked if he could return to China.
“Border control” refers to border control. It is to prevent foreigners or Chinese citizens involved in the case from evading judicial authorities for legal liability due to their use of the opportunity to leave the country. The procedure adopts a security measure to restrict exit at the border crossings of the country.
Restricted subjects include Chinese citizens and foreigners (people without Chinese nationality). Relevant departments may implement “border control” as long as they have basic suspected criminal facts or reasons, and may not need to file a case.
Restricted subjects will be restricted from leaving the country if they are domestic; if they are abroad, corresponding measures may be taken when entering the country. In plain words, being “border-controlled” means more accurately. So that it has entered the restricted exit list of the relevant department, has nothing to do with where the subject is and does not conflict with the fact that people are abroad.
So, where is Sun? And what did he do?
For whatever reason, Justin Sun is currently the focus of the Chinese cryptocurrency community. In it, Head of Marketing HashKeyhub, Molly, had a post about Justin Sun with unfriendly words.

Surprisingly, at the bottom of Molly’s Tweet, a lot of people expressed hostility towards Sun.
Justin is the cancer of crypto

He’s such a smooth talker though, tell me I’m wrong (how does he sound in CHS?).

It seems everyone agrees with Molly’s views on Sun.
Meanwhile, Sun still tweeted frequently and made no particular reaction to the community’s response.
Moreover, it seems that Justin Sun is trying to start a war with Ethereum when he deliberately retweeted the post about a very bad joke between him and Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum.
