First mining pool F2Pool has started banning users from China
According to local crypto media outlet 8BTC News, the earliest Bitcoin mining pool, F2Pool, stopped providing services to China. If it is detected that the user is from the country, its account may be frozen or terminated.

Mining pool F2Pool has started purging miners from mainland China
Before that, as AZCoin News reported, the world’s largest Ethereum mining pool based in Hangzhou Sparkpool said in an announcement that it would stop providing services to miners based in mainland China. It said the decision was in response to China’s latest regulatory policy statements.
And then now, F2Pool has started purging miners from mainland China. From now on, Chinese customers will have their accounts suspended or terminated. F2Pool is considered the oldest Bitcoin mining pool, founded in May 2013.

At the moment, F2Pool is ranked second on the rankings, just behind AntPool.
China has recently stepped up its crackdown on all things crypto, with the central bank recently declaring all crypto-related business illegal. Industry observers say this is the harshest crypto ban by the Chinese government to date.
In the development, Under Chinese regulatory pressure, Alibaba International Station announced a ban on the sale of all cryptocurrency mining machines.
In 2014, Alibaba banned the trading of mining machines within China.
