Few and Far’s Web3 Platform Raises $10.5 Million in Funding Round Led by Pantera Capital, Focusing on Programmable NFT Launches on NEAR

Digital collectibles platform Few and Far has raised $10.5 million in a funding round led by Pantera Capital, a blockchain investment firm. The funding will enable Few and Far to expand its capabilities and enhance the user experience. The all-inclusive platform includes a suite of developer tools, making it a one-stop destination for everything related to digital collectibles.

The funding round also included investments from top VCs, including Cypher Capital, Huobi Ventures, Hypersphere, Lyrk Ventures, Mantis Partners, and K5 Global. The success of the funding round demonstrates the confidence that investors have in Few and Far’s mission to bring non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to the mainstream.

Few and Far’s NFT marketplace and web3 platform have been gaining traction in recent months, with more developers building on their protocol and more creators joining the platform to showcase and sell their digital art. The platform’s ability to assist developers in launching programmable NFTs on NEAR with just a few lines of code significantly lowers the barriers for developers to enter web3 while protecting royalties for IP owners.

The NEAR Protocol’s flexible account infrastructure has been credited as a significant factor in Few and Far’s success, as it provides a highly user-friendly onboarding process for web3 while also being fully on-chain and non-custodial. Mareike Flament, CEO of Near Foundation, said that the partnership with Few and Far will unlock web3 engagement and digital collectibles for the mass market.

Chris Gale, Few and Far’s Co-Founder, expressed his excitement over Pantera Capital’s lead investment in the funding round, stating that their experience and expertise in the blockchain space will be invaluable as the platform continues to grow and innovate. The successful funding round is a significant milestone for Few and Far, and with this backing, they are well-positioned to continue to lead the way in the web3 space.
