Deribit will not list new Solana inverse options or futures
The cryptocurrency derivatives exchange Deribit announced that it would stop providing Solana coin-based investment products. Deribit will stop listing new SOL currency-margined options or futures products after the expiration on December 30 and stop trading SOL currency-margined perpetual contracts at 16:00 on the same day.
The residual open positions will be closed at the SOL expiration price for that day, as published here , which uses the average of the Index snapshots taken between 7:30 and 8:00 UTC. Â In addition, the USDC standard contract will not be affected.
Deribit will not charge settlement fees for the perpetual final settlement. The above will not impact the Solana/ USDC LINEAR perpetual trading.
