Core Launches Discover to Keep Users Up-to-Date on Latest Avalanche Ecosystem News and Projects

Core, the blockchain-based financial platform, has launched Discover, a one-stop-shop for staying current on the latest news, events, and projects within the Avalanche ecosystem. The platform, available to Core users, aggregates content from hundreds of Avalanche dApps and organizes it by vertical, including DeFi, gaming, NFTs, and enterprise, among others.

Discover’s content is tailored to users of all knowledge levels, with focused tutorials, how-tos, and other learning materials available in the Core Education section. In addition, a subsection for developers includes guides, tips, and tricks for building on Avalanche.

The Projects section of Discover provides information on over 500 Avalanche dApps, with dedicated pages that can be claimed and edited by builders. Project pages can be filtered by category, and users can track how projects change over time, including pre-launch details.

Discover also includes a master calendar displaying all upcoming in-person and digital events, making it easy for users to stay up-to-date on the latest happenings in the Avalanche ecosystem. The News section offers expertly curated news feeds, keeping users fully informed on every major beat of the Avalanche news pulse.

According to Akash Gupta, Director of Product Management at Ava Labs, “Discover is a treasure trove for all things Avalanche. It’s a personalized, one-stop-shop that gives users a warm and frictionless welcome to learning, exploring and navigating the dynamic-and-growing Avalanche ecosystem.”

Core’s expansion of Discover adds a new dimension to its platform, making it easier for everyone, from Avalanche power users to Web3 newcomers, to understand the nuanced Avalanche dApp ecosystem. Core currently consists of Core web, Core mobile, and Core extension, supplemented by features such as a Coinbase Pay onramp for adding cash and hardware wallet support for added security.

Ava Labs, the company behind Core, aims to deploy high-performance solutions for Web3, with a focus on Avalanche innovation. Founded by Cornell computer scientists and Wall Street veterans, Ava Labs is redefining the way people create value with Web3.

To access Discover, users can download the Core browser extension from Google’s Chrome Web Store and visit Core web. Discover is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to Core’s terms of use.
