We’re excited to announce that the Umee Token Sale on CoinList has added more than 63,000 new token holders to the Umee community, with more than $31M in UMEE tokens purchased throughout the course of the sale.
The event drew record demand on CoinList, with over 922,000 unique registrants, the highest of any CoinList sale at this time, for Options 1 and 2 of the sale. The Umee community demonstrated strong interest and commitment to the project, and the Umee team looks forward to successfully distributing tokens to the community.

UMEE is the native token of the Umee Blockchain and is used to pay fees and to reward validators for providing consensus towards processing network transactions. The token is also a governance token for making decisions about the protocol configurations of Umee, the parameters of the DeFi applications, as well as new product and program proposals.
