Coinbase Partners with Standard Chartered Bank for Strategic Banking Relationship in Singapore
Coinbase has announced a new strategic banking partnership with Standard Chartered and an upgraded retail platform for customers in Singapore.
The new platform, called Singpass, allows customers to transfer funds to and from their Coinbase accounts for free using any local bank in Singapore.

According to Coinbase, this new partnership and platform upgrade aim to provide customers with a seamless, safe, and convenient experience when trading digital assets. Customers can easily cash in or cash out of their Coinbase accounts using bank transfers, giving them more flexibility and control over their assets.
The Singpass platform is designed to provide a familiar and secure “2-click” experience that Singaporeans are accustomed to using across their apps, making it even easier for them to join the Coinbase platform. In addition to this, Coinbase has also upgraded their Help Centre with a team of experts available to answer any questions customers may have and provide support through an array of tools, including live chat.
Coinbase offers over 200 assets, providing customers with greater access to popular crypto assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
