On March 23, Bitmain tweeted that the next-generation mining equipment Antminer S19 is currently being sold domestically for just over a month since its release. International sales will soon be available.
Bitmain Antminer S19 series
Labeled as the future of the mining industry, is the latest model in the ASIC product line, Antminer S19 comes in two different variants, including 95 TH / s and 90 TH / s, with an energy efficiency of 34,5 ±% 5 J / TH. AntminerS19 Pro is available in 110 TH / s and 105 TH / s models, both with an energy efficiency of 29.5 ±% 5 J / TH.
The highlight of the Antminer S19 series is its ability to make all previous models obsolete.

The Pro version offers a hashrate of up to 110 TH / s compared to the Antminer S9 of only 14 TH / s. It also surpassed the S17 model, only reaching 55 TH / s. This makes it is the most powerful mining rig of Bitmain.
Both models also come with unrivaled energy efficiency. This is what all Bitcoin miners will need to study right now when the hashrate is falling along with the BTC price.
With Bitcoin halving coming so close, Bitmain’s announcement at the end of February seems like the perfect time. The greater power and energy efficiency at the time miners have to fight for smaller rewards is certainly appealing. Moreover, since rigs have a much higher hashrate, it takes less to mine a bitcoin.
However, perhaps only larger players can invest in expensive cryptocurrency mining equipment right now, although Bitmain has not yet announced the price of the S19 series.
