Bithumb, South Korea’s Second Largest Exchange, Adds 10 New Coins to BTC Market
Bithumb, South Korea’s second largest exchange, has announced the addition of ten new coins to its BTC market, including several Korean-based token projects. The new coins are Superwork (GRND), Obcity (ORB), ClaySwap (KSP), ClayDice (DICE), Talken (TALK), Enterbutton (ENTC), Fellaz (FLZ), Publish (NEWS), ROA, and BERRY. The announcement was made on March 7th, 2023, with deposit and trading start times staggered throughout the day.
The support network for each coin varies, with some utilizing KIP-7 or ERC-20, while others use Polygon or SPL. Bithumb will not support deposits from networks outside of the specified support networks. The new coins will be available for deposit beginning at 10:00 AM KST on March 7th, 2023. Trading will begin in the afternoon, with staggered start times for each coin, between 2:00 and 6:00 PM KST. The starting prices for each coin range from 0.00000008 BTC for BERRY to 0.00008820 BTC for FLZ.
In addition to the coin additions, Bithumb is also holding a BTC market reorganization event that will run from March 7th, 2023, to April 7th, 2023, at 24:00 KST. The details of this event can be found on the Bithumb website.
