On Oct. 31, it was reported that Binance had plans to open a new office in Beijing, the Chinese capital, after the first presence in China since 2017. This move appears immediately after President Xi Jinping’s announcement of support for blockchain innovation in the country. However, at that time, Binance didn’t confirm this information.
