Attorney asked the court for admission to appear as pro hac vice counsel for Paradigm in Ripple case
Lewis Rinaudo Cohen has requested permission from the court to represent the well-known Bitcoin VC company Paradigm in the Ripple v. SEC case as pro hac vice counsel.

This indicates that the lawyer wishes to join a case in a country where he does not have the necessary credentials. According to Cohen, no disciplinary actions have been brought against Cohen in either state or federal court.
Furthermore, they have never had disciplinary action taken against them in any jurisdiction. The attorney has never been disciplined, put on leave, or barred. Paradigm submitted an amicus brief last month to support Ripple’s case against the SEC.
The important legal dispute is now in its third year. The issue should be rectified in 2023.
