Almost 19 million Shiba Inu (SHIB) was destroyed but a lot more going to be burned on St Valentine’s

Shibburn’s Twitter account shared data from Etherscan, stating that in the past 24 hours, nearly 19 million Shiba Inu (SHIB) have been burned, i.e. permanently out of circulation.

In the past 24 hours, there have been a total of 17,081,193 $SHIB tokens burned and 10 transactions. So far, a total of 410,302,031,022,757 #SHIB tokens (41.0302%) have been burned from the initial supply of 1 quadrillion. #shibarmy

18.8 million Shiba Inu (SHIB) burned in the past 24 hour

It took various groups in the SHIB community ten transactions to burn this amount of crypto. To date, 41.0302% (410.3 trillion SHIB in total) from the original master SHIB of a trillion supply has been burned. Then another 1,882,892 were sent to a dead wallet.

For nine days, on February 14, another regular SHIB recording party hosted by crypto record label Bigger Entertainment will take place on YouTube. The previous similar event took place on December 26, when 239 million tokens were burned.

On Valentine’s Day, Shiba Inu could be destroyed, even more, founder of Bigger Entertainment, Steven Cooper, wrote on his Twitter. Previously, he tweeted inviting members of the SHIB army to participate by purchasing event tickets for $5 (all the money raised will be used for buying SHIB, which will later be burned).

This will be the first burn party where you’ll be burning #SHIB just by tuning in. So make sure to mark your calendars for Feb. 14th at 2PM CST. ?

This time, however, there’s a curious difference from the previous burn party, Cooper announced, – now SHIB community members will burn SHIB by simply tuning in to a YouTube live video.
